Shipping & Returns
We accept returns of any unworn, unused apparel within 14 days of receipt for a product refund. The refund only applies if the product can be returned in the same condition as when received. Apparel may not be worn, altered, or washed and all original tags must be attached for return to be accepted.
Unfortunately, original shipping costs are non-refundable.
There is a flat fee of $10 for any domestic return label processed. This will be deducted from your refund total. We will not take responsibility for returns that may get lost in the mail. To process your return email us firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and full name.
In the unfortunate event an item is damaged during transport, please contact us at hello@welovebad with your order number and a photo of the product within 14 days of delivery for information about an exchange.
All approved refunds will get processed within 14 days of arrival to the warehouse. The bank transfer might take several days to be visible on your account. Please hello@welovebad if the refund does not appear within 20 days.
Sale items and all accessories (hair accessories, socks, hats, totes) are final sale.

Sorry we are unable to accept returns from our international customers at this time.
Q:What if my item is lost in transit?
If you have not received your order within 10 days of placing an order. Please email us immediately at email@example.com and we’ll replace the item immediately.
Q:Can I get a refund or replacement if my product arrives damaged ?
Yes, we will replace your item. Please send us an email and photo of the damaged item within 14 days of receiving it and we will ship you a new one immediately!
